Volunteers

When discussing how Ashburn Youth Lacrosse functions, "it takes a village", is the only appropriate saying.

We are led by an official voting Board of Directors, which is comprised of parents of current and past Bandits players. Along with our board we rely on volunteers to fill roles of coaches, assistant coaches, team managers, field marshals, time keepers, scorekeepers, and field set-up and break-down.  As well as volunteers for special events throughout the year.

We are always in need of more help and there are many opportunities to suit a variety of strengths and preferences on how to help our league thrive. Whether you are able to volunteer for individual needs a few times a year or if you are interested in a larger role to further develop our league, perhaps a board position is for you; whichever the case, we can't do it without you. Please contact us at ashburnbanditslax@gmail.com if interested.

We require 3 hours of volunteer time for each of our families if you are unable to fulfill this obligation you may opt out for a fee of $100 per registrant.
