USA Lacrosse

1. Register as a Coach on USA Lacrosse

(a) Create a login and use your USA Lacrosse ID# to register as a coach

(b) Complete the background check through USA Lacrosse 

(c) Complete Safe Sport Training through USA Lacrosse (Training must be retaken every 2 years)

(d) Complete Level 1 Training through USA Lacrosse (REQUIRED for all Head Coaches and recommended for Assistant Coaches)

2. Read and Complete the 2025 NVYLL Coaches Code of Conduct and Coach Certification Survey

3. Attend NVYLL - US Lacrosse Potomac Chapter Coaches Clinic - Season Kickoff (Virtual Training session)

CDC Concussion Training Course

4. Complete the Concussion Training through the CDC

• Certification is good for 3 years from completion date
