REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
1. Refunds for seasonal registration of any amount will NOT be granted once team formation takes place, typically mid - February and August. This date is subject to change from season to season.
2. Full refunds for SPRING 2026 shall be requested no later than January 31, 2026 and a minimum of 2 weeks prior to team formation.
3. Any and all refunds granted, will incur a $25 deduction fee for processing and administration.
4. Refunds will NOT be provided past request due date because families cannot, or will not accommodate their schedules to Ashburn Bandits Lacrosse practice/game times.
5. No refunds will be granted because the league cannot/will not accommodate a specific coach/team request or carpool request. No coach/team/carpool request is guaranteed.
5. Injuries (including a sprain, twist, dislocation and etc) occur in all team and physical sports at any level and are not necessarily considered a reason for a refund of any kind.
6. Ashburn Bandits Lacrosse reserves the right to change this policy at any time. We reserve the right to approve or deny a refund for any reason.
We strive for consistency and fairness and will evaluate every request objectively. However, there may be circumstances where Ashburn Bandits Lacrosse did not foresee when forming this refund policy that may require us to deny or approve a particular refund request or to change the refund policy.
