As per the NVYLL, please see below for the new concussion guidelines:

Each coach must complete the Heads Up: Concussion in Youth Sports on-line training course available on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) prior to the start of each season. http://www.cdc.gov/concussion/headsup/online_training.html. We also recommend that parents and others helping keep athletes from concussion take the course.
Distribute the Heads Up Parent Fact Sheet to the parents of minor players prior to the start of each season. This can be distributed electronically or in hard copy. http://www.cdc.gov/concussion/HeadsUp/youth.html
